Invoices and Port Call Files

General improvements

• The logging when sending data to other services has been extended to include more information about the process

Invoices

• Using the advanced search will now ignore the current date filter
• It is now possible to block editing, deleting or cancelling invoices that have been approved
• When you create a credit invoice for an old (disabled) invoice flow you will get an option to select an active flow to handle the credit invoice

Port Call Files

• The field 'Port name' has been added to the port call file overview and the 'Created by' field has been removed
