The first feature update of the new year is here!
In this release we've addressed the following points:
Default data
- It is now possible to create default data templates. This allows you to create fixed lists of items, which you can use to import items quickly for any type of object
Messages
- It is now possible to delete incoming messages completely
- Incoming messages can be connected to any object in your database
- Messages can now be easily imported from another program, like Outlook
Order registrations
- The status of an order can now be set while creating the order, not just after it has been created
- The supplier field has been changed to an inline-editable field, in stead of a pop-up dialog
Port visits
- The port visit overview now has more relevant columns in the different list, like the 'previous berth' column in the Sailed list
Task groups
- The new task groups interface has been improved
- Task checklists can now be quickly selected from a button in the task groups box
Templating
- It is now possible to directly use Word and Excel documents as the source of a template
- Word templates can be automatically converted to PDF
Vessels
- The search mechanism in the vessels database has been improved to return more relevant search results
