Invoicing
We’ve made invoicing more flexible and easier to configure across different pages. You can now use any field to set the debtor and decide which flows are available. Two new permissions have been added to give you more control:
- Send & Export Invoices – for managing invoice distribution.
- View Tariff Information – for those who only need to check pricing details.
You can also decide whether finalised invoices can be deleted or cancelled, giving you more control over corrections.
Another handy addition: you can now invoice part of an object. This means you can pre-select specific items before running the calculation—perfect for partial billing or staged invoicing.
Cost Calculator
The cost calculator just got smarter! You can now add lines during a calculation or even after saving it. We’ve also refreshed the interface to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.
Expenses
Good news for anyone working with expenses: the invoicing dialog is now much faster. All connected tariffs load significantly quicker, so you can work without delays.
